羽毛球运动是一项技术性强、速度快、变化多、全面锻炼身体和竞争十分激烈的体育运动项目,能培养顽强的拼搏精神和优良的意志品质,从而提高身体素质和心理素质。它的娱乐性、简便性、趣味性、锻炼性和易于开展等特点,为广大高校学生所喜爱。当我们进行任何一项体育运动时,如果锻炼的方法和运动技术不当,都可能会给身体带来一些不必要的损伤,羽毛球运动也不例外。由于羽毛球运动是隔网项目,竞赛双方的身体不发生直接碰撞,所以羽毛球运动损伤发生的几率与其他运动项目比较,并不算太高。然而,由于羽毛球运动强度大,比赛时间长,运动中身体某一局部负担较大。在这种情况下,如果运动时思想上不重视、技术动作不正确或运动方法不当,就可能造成运动损伤。本文根据羽毛球运动的损伤类型及其原因进行了分析与论述,对羽毛球运动损伤的预防提出一些看法,供大家参考。
