目的探讨阴道镜活检与宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测在宫颈相关疾病检出率的对比效果。方法选取惠东县妇幼保健院妇科于2014年1月-2016年11月进行宫颈疾病筛查的928例已婚女性作为研究对象,对所有纳入研究的受试者行宫颈HPV检查之后再行阴道镜活检检查,对比两次检查的结果判断两者检查方法对宫颈相关疾病的检出率,得出两种方法检测的特异性、灵敏度和准确性。结果阴道镜检测阳性检出率为72.7%,HPV检测阳性检出率为67.3%两组检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种检测方法灵敏度和准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜活检与宫颈HPV检测对于宫颈疾病的筛查具有很好的临床检出率,联合两种检测方法使用可以有效的提高宫颈疾病的检出率,做到早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To investigate the contrast effect of colposcopy biopsy and cervix human papillomavirus (HPV) detection on the detection rate of cervical related diseases. Methods A total of 928 married women who underwent gynecological examinations of Huidong County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. All the included subjects underwent cervical HPV examination before vaginal Microscopic biopsy, compared with the results of two tests to determine the detection rate of cervical cancer-related diseases, the two methods to detect the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy. Results The positive rate of colposcopy was 72.7% and the positive rate of HPV was 67.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The differences of sensitivity and accuracy between the two methods were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion colposcopy and cervical HPV testing for screening of cervical disease has a good clinical detection rate, combined with the two detection methods can effectively improve the detection rate of cervical disease, so early diagnosis and early treatment.
