在航空发动机控制系统的研制过程中,利用半实物仿真环境开展控制系统集成试验,可在逼近真实台架试车的条件下,验证控制系统各项功能性能。在某型半实物仿真设备建设过程中,分析了设备实际需求,引入了Ethercat工业以太网技术实施测控系统构建,并完成设备建设。该平台投用后,用于多个项目研制,缩短了项目开发周期,节约了研制经费,降低了开发风险。
In the development process of aeroengine control system, the control system integration test is carried out by using the semi-physical simulation environment, and the functional performance of the control system can be verified under the condition of approaching the real test bench. In the process of building a semi-physical simulation device, the actual demand of the device was analyzed. The Ethercat industrial Ethernet technology was introduced to construct the measurement and control system, and the equipment construction was completed. After the platform is put into use, it is used for the research of multiple projects, shortening the project development cycle, saving development expenses and reducing the development risk.
