目的 检测我国正常人多焦视网膜电图 (electroretinogram ,ERG)的特征 ,以探讨其正常参考值。方法 应用VERIS 4 0视诱发反应图像系统检测 42例 (4 8只眼 )正常人多焦ERG ,检测对象年龄 11~ 6 7岁 ,平均 40 7岁。检测视野的水平视角为± 2 6 6° ,垂直视角为± 2 2 1°,采用Burian Allen接触镜电极 ,于 8min (分 16段 )记录 10 3个视网膜部位的反应。结果 随被检测者年龄增长 ,多焦ERG的N1波和P1波潜伏期延长 ,<5 0岁与≥ 5 0岁年龄组间比较差异有显著性 (t值均 >2 0 1,P值均 <0 0 5 ) ;N1波和P1波振幅密度降低 ,个体间变异较大 ,在中央凹N1波和P1波的振幅密度最大 ,分别为 (4 4 88± 13 30 )nV/deg2 、(70 90± 17 77)nV/deg2 ;向周边振幅密度逐渐降低 ;N1波的上半视网膜的振幅总和较下半视网膜大 ,颞上N1波和P1波振幅密度和振幅总和均较鼻下的大。结论 多焦ERG能准确、客观地反映视网膜不同部位的功能 ,我们的研究结果将为临床提供正常参考值 Objective To detect the characteristics of multifocal electroretinogram (ERG) in normal people in China to investigate its normal reference value. Methods 42 cases (48 eyes) of normal subjects with multi-focal ERG were detected by VERIS 40 visual evoked response imaging system.
