目的观察安体舒通对代谢综合症患者血压与胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法新诊断代谢综合症患者30例,停降压药物1周后服用安体舒通60mg,3次/d,连服1周,观察治疗前后患者血压、血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。结果安体舒通可明显降低代谢综合症患者血压与胰岛素抵抗。结论安体舒通可能通过拮抗醛固酮,改善胰岛素抵抗,降低血压。
Objective To observe the effect of spironolactone on blood pressure and insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Thirty patients with newly diagnosed metabolic syndrome were treated with spironolactone 60 mg three times a day for 1 week. The changes of blood pressure, blood glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index were observed before and after treatment. Results spironolactone can significantly reduce blood pressure and insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome. Conclusion Spironolactone may reduce the blood pressure by antagonizing aldosterone, improving insulin resistance.
