目的观察新型银离子敷料慷舒灵凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法将我院2008年3月-2010年5月收治的58例糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组23例,采用无菌凡士林敷料进行治疗,治疗组35例,采用慷舒灵凝胶治疗。利用无菌薄膜勾边法计算溃疡面积。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为100%,高于对照组的82.6%。结论在系统治疗的基础上,慷舒灵凝胶能有效促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of geluosu Gel, a new silver ion dressing, on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 58 cases of diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to May 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group, 23 cases were treated with sterile Vaseline dressing, the treatment group 35 cases, Ling Gel treatment. The ulcer area was calculated using a sterile membrane hook-and-loop method. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%, which was higher than that in the control group (82.6%). Conclusion On the basis of systematic treatment, gensuifen gel can effectively promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer.
