近年来,“浙江现象”在全国崭露头角,对“浙江现象”的理论探讨也不断升温。有意思的是,本期所组的两篇文章都突出了人的因素,都谈及了贝克尔的人力资本,二者竟然在理论上和实践上遥相呼应。
In recent years, the “Zhejiang Phenomenon” has emerged in the whole country and the theory of “Zhejiang Phenomenon” has also been on the rise. What is interesting is that both articles in this issue have highlighted human factors and all talked about Becker’s human capital. The two actually echoed both in theory and in practice.
