目的 :研究洁肠合剂治疗小儿霉菌性肠炎的疗效与机理。方法 :对确诊为小儿霉菌性肠炎的患者 ,采用随机方法分为两组 ,治疗组 4 0例给予洁肠合剂 ,对照组 2 0例给予制霉菌素。观察两组治疗前后大便成形时间、止泻时间、大便培养霉菌消失时间。并研究了洁肠合剂对小鼠小肠推进率的影响以及对大便培养白色念珠菌的抑菌试验。结果 :洁肠合剂在对患儿大便成形时间、止泻时间均较对照组为短 (P <0 0 1)。在改善患儿临床症状与体征方面也较对照组为优。同时洁肠合剂能减慢小鼠小肠对墨汁的排空 ;抑菌试验提示洁肠合剂对白色念珠菌敏感。结论 :洁肠合剂是治疗小儿霉菌性肠炎的有效方药 Objective: To study the curative effect and mechanism of Jiechang mixture in treating children with fungal enteritis. Methods: The patients diagnosed as infantile fungal enteritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received 40 cases of Jiechang mixture and the control group of 20 cases received nystatin. Observed before and after treatment in both groups stool forming time, diarrhea time, stool culture mold disappear time. The effects of Jiechang Mixture on the small intestine propulsion rate and the antimicrobial activity of Staphylococcus albus on stool culture were studied. Results: Jiechang mixture in the formation of children’s stool time, antidiarrheal time were shorter than the control group (P <0.01). In improving the clinical symptoms and signs of children than the control group is excellent. At the same time Jiechang mixture can slow down the emptying of the small intestine on the ink; bacteriostasis test indicates that the Jiechang mixture is sensitive to Candida albicans. Conclusion: Jiechang mixture is an effective prescription for the treatment of fungal enteritis in children
