近年来,由于我军新型主战飞机换装,促使我军国产飞行保障装备较之过去有了长足发展,我军已装备如斯太尔飞机加油车、中环飞机牵引车,斯太尔消防车、飞机管道加油车、苏-27飞机抽油车和伊尔-76飞机机场升降平台车等飞行保障装备,基本上满足了我军训练和战时飞行保障装备的需求,其技术含量和质量水平有了明显跃升。但从整体上看,依然存在着一些问题:部分飞行保障装备研制与开发进展慢、设计不合理、故障率高,一些飞行保障装备科技含量低、配套能力差。与一些发达的军事强国相比,差距很大,不能适应新时期军事斗争准备工作的需要,难以达到快速、机动性能强的要求。因此,积极探讨我军国产飞行保障装备的发展思路,解决突出的矛盾和问题,是非常迫切和十分必要的。

However, on the whole, some problems still exist: the development and development of some flight support equipment are slow in development, the design is unreasonable, the failure rate is high, and some flight support equipment has low scientific and technological content and poor supporting capability. Compared with some developed military powers, the gap is wide and it can not meet the needs of preparation for the military struggle in the new era and it is hard to achieve the requirements of being quick and maneuverable. Therefore, it is very urgent and very necessary to actively explore the development train of thinking of the PLA-made domestic flight support equipment and solve outstanding contradictions and problems.
