CAXA CAE是与CAXA实体设计软件直接耦合的CAE分析模块。它使用Sefea(富应变有限元)技术、LSFEA(LeastSquared FEA,最小二乘FEA)技术,能耦合应力及非线性分析能力,分析精度可达二阶元素分析精度,而计算成本仅与一阶元素相当,适于非线性分析,与CAXA实体设计无缝耦合,形成CAD/CAE集成工具,方便用户对产品进行产品轻量化、优化设计,以及对设计进行验证。文章以某炼化厂冷凝器吊装梁的设计,通过建模、有限元分析和应用,完成了吊装梁的设计、优化和验证。
CAXA CAE is a CAE analysis module that is directly coupled with CAXA physical design software. It uses Sefea (FEF) technology, LSFEA (Least Squares FEA) technology to couple stress and nonlinear analytical capabilities with analytical accuracy up to second-order elemental analysis with computational cost only associated with first-order elements It is suitable for non-linear analysis and seamlessly coupled with CAXA entity design to form integrated CAD / CAE tools to facilitate product weight reduction, design optimization and design validation. In this paper, the design, optimization and verification of the hoisting beam are completed through the modeling, finite element analysis and application of the design of the hoisting beam of a refinery condenser.
