精氨酸为细胞质及核酸构成的主要成分,是体内一氧化氮的基质,参与中枢神经系统的多种重要的生理病理代谢。引起人们的关注。本组采有氨基酸自动分析仪,检测了急性脑卒中100例(其中脑出血52例、脑梗塞48例)血液的精氨酸,并与50例正常健康人对比。结果:正常组为68.1±21.1μmol/L;出血组96.0±17.3μmol/L;梗塞组为114.3±39.6μmol/L;脑卒中病人与对照组比较,结果差异显著(P<0.01)。从而了解到急性脑卒中时,体内精氨酸的病理生理改变。不仅有助临床诊断,并为治疗进一步开拓思路。
