<正> 湖南省常德市位于洞庭湖畔,由于地势低洼,几乎年年春、夏两季都遭洪水袭击。1991年,党和政府拨款数千万元,决定在该市修筑一条保护城区的混凝土防洪大堤,该工程于1991年11月破土动工,1992年3月正式施工防水墙。 1 工程概况防洪大堤位于常德市沅江河北岸,全长2700m,共分225节,每节长12m。相邻节间设有2cm厚的沥青砂浆板和橡胶止水带。结构形式为重力式夹石10％的混凝土防水墙,采用C15混凝土,防水墙截面形状基本上为梯形(图1)。
