目的 探讨和肽素及基质金属蛋白酶-9与2型糖尿病合并房颤关系的研究。方法 收集185例心电图提示2型糖尿病合并房颤的患者为房颤组,选择75例单纯性糖尿病患者作为对照组,采用ELISA法测定基质金属蛋白酶一9与和肽素。结果 房颤组和肽素为(0.64±0.11)pmol/L高于,糖尿病对照组和肽素为的(0.32±0.01)pmol/L,差异两组比较有统计学意义(p<0.05);房颤组MMP-9为(501.62±8.06)pmol/L,较对照组的(391.38±17.82)pmol/L显著增高(p<0.05)。随着房颤组病程时间越长,MMP-9及Copeptin水平逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 和肽素及基质金属蛋白酶-9在2型糖尿病合并房颤患者发病中具重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between copeptin, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and type 2 diabetes with atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 185 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with atrial fibrillation were enrolled in this study. A total of 75 patients with simple diabetes mellitus (DM) were selected as control group. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 and copeptin were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of copeptin in patients with atrial fibrillation were (0.64 ± 0.11) pmol / L higher than those in patients with diabetes mellitus (0.32 ± 0.01) pmol / L, and the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05). MMP-9 in atrial fibrillation group was (501.62 ± 8.06) pmol / L, which was significantly higher than that in control group (391.38 ± 17.82) pmol / L (p <0.05). With longer duration of AF, the levels of MMP-9 and Copeptin gradually increased, with significant difference (p <0.05). Conclusions Copeptin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 play an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with atrial fibrillation.
