对圆棒形、圆管形工件进行水浸超声波探伤时,均要采用线聚焦探头,线聚焦探头透镜曲率面一般采用灌注压模法,但采用这种方法时,(1)要用专用压模设备,压棒直径随曲率半径不同须经常更换;(2)操作繁琐,不易掌握,成效率低;(3)曲率面光洁度不够理想,影响探伤灵敏度。为此,我们对这一方法作了改革,即在已做好的平直探头的基础上,在其周围用磷铜片绕好一层保护壳,先浇注一层环氧树脂薄膜(配方不变,不得有气泡),厚5毫米左右,待凝固硬化后,再在60~80℃
