现代烧结操作技术要求工艺能耗低,成品质量合乎高炉要求,因此烧结机应在接近理想热工状态下工作。但是,如果没有一定数量的“额外燃料”和蓄热来弥补,那么通过烧结料层的热气流即使出现极轻微的不均匀现象,都会使烧结过程受到严重影响。本项研究工作的目的是证明烧结矿层竖向与横向非均匀性对烧结过程的影响,并提出了一些可使烧结机操作均匀稳定的控制措施,如
Modern sintering operation technology requires low energy consumption, finished product quality in line with blast furnace requirements, sintering machine should be close to the ideal state of thermal work. However, without a certain amount of “extra fuel” and heat storage to make up for it, even very slight nonuniformities in the hot gas flow through the sinter bed can severely affect the sintering process.
