一、活动缘起(一)政策理论的指引《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划》(2010-2020年)中指出:要提升教师素质,努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理,充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍。我国“十一五”规划明确提出了“以教师发展为本,以教师有效学习为中心”的新时期教师队伍建设的基本理念,这一理念也为幼儿园师资队伍的建设明确了方向。
