面临国际金融危机引发的经济危机,我国政府果断采取了加大公路交通基础设施建设投资拉动内需的宏观调控措施。在公路建设投资热潮中,应保持冷静地态度分析矛盾问题,从宏观和微观管理两个层面入手,对公路建设的资金供给、管理体制、规划立项、项目运行、监督等方面加强完善,趋利避害,确保拉动内需的实际效果。
Faced with the economic crisis triggered by the international financial crisis, our government has taken decisive measures to increase macro-control measures to boost domestic demand through investment in road transport infrastructure construction.
