80年代,是广州农垦工业经济发展的黄金时期,是奠定工业经济发展基础的重要年代。1990年工业总产值达14.62亿元,前十年年均递增36.8%,十年翻了4.52番。“八五”期间,广州农垦工业的发展方针和指导思想是:调整结构,稳步发展,技术先导,内涵挖潜,拓展市场,提高效益。“八五”期间广州农垦工业总产值计划年平均递增11%左右。到1995年工业总产值达到24.5亿元,实现利税2.7亿元;到2000年力争总产值达35亿元至40亿元。
In the 1980s, it was the golden period for the agricultural economic development in Guangzhou, and it was an important time for laying the foundation for industrial economic development. In 1990, the total industrial output value reached 1.462 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 36.8% in the previous decade, and 4.52% in a decade. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the development policy and guiding ideology of the Guangzhou Farming and Reclamation Industry were: to adjust the structure, develop steadily, introduce technology, tap potentials, expand markets, and increase profits. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the total agricultural output value of Guangzhou’s farming industry is planned to increase by an average of 11% annually. By 1995, the total industrial output value reached 2.45 billion yuan and profits and taxes reached 270 million yuan. By 2000, the total output value will reach 3.5 billion to 4 billion yuan.
