本文主要论述足球运动员的运动性疲劳的产生原因以及其影响与后果,并且提出了产生后的具体恢复措施。本文通过实验对比法和文献综述法提出了以睡眠恢复,营养恢复,训练学恢复,物理恢复为主的预防和消除疲劳及恢复的方法。论述了足球运动的供能特点以及体能的重要性,旨在提高大学生在足球运动中对于运动性疲劳的认识,并希望能对大学生足球运动员或足球爱好者的竞技水平的提高和身心健康的发展能提供帮助。
This article mainly discusses the causes of sports fatigue of football players as well as their effects and consequences, and puts forward specific recovery measures after they are produced. In this paper, we put forward the methods of preventing and eliminating fatigue and recovering, which are mainly sleep recovery, nutrition recovery, training recovery and physical recovery, through experimental comparison and literature review. This paper discusses the characteristics of energy supply and the importance of physical ability of football, aiming at improving college students’ recognition of sports fatigue in football and hoping to improve the athletic level and physical and mental health of college football players or soccer fans.
