为了探讨菊藻丸治疗肿瘤的作用机制 ,观察了菊藻丸对免疫抑制小鼠天然杀伤细胞的影响 ,结果表明菊藻丸可降低环磷酰胺对小鼠天然杀伤细胞的抑制率 ,提示菊藻丸可能是通过提高或保护天然杀伤细胞的活性而发挥抗肿瘤的作用。
In order to investigate the mechanism of chrysanthemum pill treatment of tumor, the effect of chrysanthemum pill on natural killer cells of immunosuppressed mice was observed. The results showed that chrysanthemum pill can reduce the inhibition rate of cyclophosphamide on mouse natural killer cells, suggesting chrysanthemum Pills may exert an anti-tumor effect by increasing or protecting the activity of natural killer cells.
