减小Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶片的厚度,扩大泵浦光束直径,由于光爬行效应晶体产生衍射自增强。单光束辐照Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体时,出现变偏振现象(o光变e光,e光变o光)等各向异性自衍射。本文对上述现象的形成机理进行了探讨。
Decreasing the thickness of the Ce: Fe: LiNbO3 wafer, expanding the pump beam diameter, due to the optical creep effect of the crystal diffraction self-enhancement. Single-beam irradiation of Ce: Fe: LiNbO3 crystals, the phenomenon of variable polarization (o light to e light, e light to o light) and other anisotropic self-diffraction. This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the above phenomenon.
