《莫让公关变“攻官”》(简称《攻官》)批评的“攻官”现象可以说相当普遍。企业的公关对象广义地讲自然包括政府机关和官员;企业为了生存发展,对官场展开一定的公关活动也是情理中事。但现实中的“攻官”种种,实在是对公共关系的严重扭曲,而且对企业自身、对整个社会为害甚大。所以我觉得《攻官》就此提出批评是对的,作者希望企业改变在计划经济体制下形成的思维方式和行为习惯更是用心良苦。
The phenomenon of “attacking officials” that was criticized by “Let Public Relations Be Changed to Attack” (Accounting) was quite common. The public relations object of a company broadly includes the government agencies and officials. In order to survive and develop, it is also reasonable for a company to conduct certain public relations activities on officialdom. However, in reality, all kinds of “attacks” are really a serious distortion of public relations, and they are very harmful to the company itself and to the society as a whole. Therefore, I feel that it is right that the “Offensive” is criticized in this regard. The author hopes that the company’s change in the way of thinking and habits formed under the planned economic system is even more painstaking.
