单层网壳结构是大跨空间结构中重要的一种结构形式,外型美观、施工方便。随着跨度的增大,单层网壳的稳定问题愈加突出。本文基于一个跨度40m、矢高8m的凯威特K6型网壳,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了特征值屈曲参数分析,主要分析网壳的跨度和矢跨比对其稳定承载力的影响。给出了网壳的屈曲模态和不同参数条件下的特征值屈曲荷载因子λcr,得到了稳定承载力随跨度的增大而减小、随着矢跨比的增大而增大的结论,并给出了量化的数值。
Single-layer reticulated shell structure is an important structural form of large-span space structure with good appearance and convenient construction. With the increase of span, the stability of single-layer reticulated shell becomes more and more prominent. In this paper, based on a Kv-type K6 reticulated shell with a span of 40m and a sag of 8m, eigenvalue buckling parameters are analyzed by the large-scale finite element software ANSYS. The effects of span and span ratio on the stability of the reticulated shell are analyzed . The buckling mode of the shell and the eigenvalue buckling load factor λcr under different parameters are given, and the conclusion that the stable bearing capacity decreases with the span increasing and the span-to-span ratio increases, And gives the quantified value.
