1980年11月16~25日美日自然资源开发利用会(UJNR)有害微生物专业联合会在美国举行第15次会议,会上的报告内容主要有三个方面: 沙门氏菌: 在肉的沙门氏菌规定方面,美日之间存在差别。目前两国对肉的沙门氏菌规定有保持同一水平的趋势。美国农业部在家畜家禽中进行了沙门氏菌调查、环境调查和予防研究,认为用没受到沙门氏菌污染的饲料,饲养没受到该菌污染的家畜和家禽,是防止肉的沙门氏菌污染的有效途径,而且生产无沙门氏菌污染的肉类也是可能的。报告中还讲了鸡沙门氏菌病的传播和防止及微量血清学检查法。肉毒杆菌:
