分析我国经济和经济学发展 ,应着眼于生产力和生产关系、经济基础和上层建筑的关系。改革开放前 30年受“左”的经济理论和政策的影响以至支配 ,走了曲折的道路。改革开放以来的 2 0年 ,在邓小平理论指引下 ,稳步地从局部改革、全面改革到以社会主义市场经济为目标的根本性改革 ,取得巨大成就 ,胜利迈进 2 1世纪。
An analysis of China’s economic and economic development should focus on the relations between the productive forces and the relations of production, the economic foundation and the superstructure. In the first 30 years of reform and opening up, the “Leftist” economic theories and policies influenced and even dominated the road of tortuous development. In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, we have made tremendous achievements steadily from partial reforms and comprehensive reforms to fundamental reforms aimed at the socialist market economy, and our victories have taken us to the 21st century.
