目的:探讨上颌窦黏膜提升牙种植术中窦黏膜穿孔的预防和处理。方法:实施上颌窦提升牙种植术68例,其中外提升术19例,内提升术49例,共植入种植体106颗。结果:9例(13.2%)上颌窦提升术中出现窦黏膜穿孔,其中外提升术穿孔5例,3例经术中修补继续完成牙种植手术,2例穿孔较大,1月后延期进行外提升牙种植术。内提升术穿孔4例,3例经退出1～2 mm后完成牙种植术,1例在1月后完成手术。68例中52例已完成后期修复,种植体无松动,无疼痛。结论:在上颌窦提升术中窦黏膜穿孔后经过细致的手术包括黏膜穿孔后的正确处理仍能取得满意的效果。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of sinus mucosal perforation in maxillary sinus mucosa ascending dental implants. Methods: 68 cases of maxillary sinus ascending dental implants were performed, including 19 cases of external lifting and 49 cases of internal lifting, and 106 implants were implanted. Results: Sinus mucosa perforation was found in 9 cases (13.2%) of maxillary sinus surgery, including 5 cases of external ascending perforation, 3 cases of dental implant surgery continued after operation, 2 cases of perforation were larger, and postponed for 1 month Promote dental implants. Of the 68 cases, 52 cases had been repaired in the later stage, and the implant did not loose or pain. CONCLUSIONS: Satisfactory results can still be obtained after careful perforation of the mucosa perforation in sinus surgery.
