目的:观察自拟益气祛毒方促进低位肛瘘术后创面愈合临床效果.方法:研究对象选取我院2014年3月～2015年3月收治行低位肛瘘切除术患者共140例,采用随机区组法分为对照组(70例)和中医组(70例),分别采用西医常规处理和在此基础上加用自拟益气祛毒方辅助治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,创面愈合时间,术后创面评分及手术前后直肠肛管压力指标水平等.结果:中医组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05);中医组患者创面愈合时间显著少于对照组,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05);中医组患者术后第7天、14天、21天及28天创面评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05);观察组患者手术前后肛管直肠压力指标水平比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05);两组患者术后肛管直肠压力指标水平比较差异具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:自拟益气祛毒方辅助用于行低位肛瘘切除术患者可有效减轻创面疼痛、瘙痒等临床症状,加快愈合进程,且未对肛门直肠功能产生影响.“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical wound healing effects of Self-made Yiqi Qudu Decoction in the treatment of patients with low anal fistula after operation.Methods:140 patients with low anal fistula after operation were chosen in our hospital in the period from March 2014 to March 2015 and randomly divided into two groups including controlled group (70 patients) with routine treatment of western medicine and TCM group (70 patients) with Self-made Yiqi Qudu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group;and the clinical effect,wound healing time,wound scores after operation and the levels of anorectal pressure index before and after operation of both groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the TCM group were better than the controlled group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The wound healing time of TCM group were shorter than the controlled group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The wound scores in 7,14,21 and 28d after operation of TCM group were better than the controlled group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of anorectal pressure index of the TCM group before and after operation (P ＞ 0.05).There was significant differences in the levels of anorectal pressure index after operation between 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Using Self-made Yiqiqudu Decoction in the treatment of patients with low anal fistula after operation can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms of wound,accelerate the wound healing process,and not affect the function of anus and rectum.
