近十年来,铁路技术改造的任务,引起了内燃机车制造的迅猛发展。铁路货运量的迅速增长,一方面要求提高机车的功率及速度,另一方面还要求提高机车、机车设备及机车构件的可靠性及寿命。因此,对机车及其动力装置和辅助装置的振动研究就具有特殊重要的意义。根据统计资料,在机械制造中,80%的破坏及事故均由于不能容许的振动所造成。
Over the past decade, the task of railway technological transformation has caused the rapid development of diesel locomotive manufacturing. The rapid growth of railway freight traffic demands on the one hand to increase the power and speed of locomotives and on the other hand to increase the reliability and longevity of locomotives, locomotive equipment and locomotive components. Therefore, the study on the vibration of locomotives, their power units and auxiliary devices is of special significance. According to statistics, in machinery manufacturing, 80% of the damage and accidents are caused by unacceptable vibration.
