以甘蔗ROC22愈伤组织为材料,研究相关因子对甘蔗胚性细胞团诱导与增殖的效应。结果表明:2,4-D 3.0 mg/L较利于胚性细胞团的诱导,诱导率为30.33%;KT 0.5 mg/L对胚性细胞团的继代增殖较佳,培养25天后的增殖倍数为38.8倍;培养日龄为15天和第4代的胚性细胞团增殖倍数较高,分别为42.06倍和44.33倍;先暗培养再光照培养对胚性细胞团的继代增殖较好,培养25天后的增殖倍数为35.05倍。
