第十届全国人民代表大会第四次会议主席团: 第十届全国人民代表大会第四次会议审查了国务院提出的《关于2005年中央和地方预算执行情况与2006年中央和地方预算草案的报告》以及 2006年中央和地方预算草案。全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会在对预算报告和预算草案进行初步审查的基础上,根据各代表团和有关专门委员会的审查意见又作了进一步审查。国务院根据审查意见对预算报告作了修改。现将审查结果报告如下。
The Fourth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress: The Fourth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress examined the “Report on the Implementation of the Central and Local Budget in 2005 and the Draft Central and Local Budget in 2006” As well as the 2006 draft of the central and local budgets. The Fiscal and Economic Committee of the National People’s Congress conducted a further review on the basis of the preliminary examination of the budget report and draft budget and on the basis of the examination opinions of delegations and relevant special committees. The State Council revised the budget report based on the review opinions. The review results are reported below.
