目的:探讨无痛胃镜及普通胃镜的临床应用及护理措施。方法:以我院2016年3月25日至2017年6月9日胃镜检查患者62例为研究对象,遵循完全随机基本原则,均分为两组。对照组应用普通胃镜检查及常规护理,予以观察组无痛胃镜检查,同时配合综合护理干预。观察两组体征变化、操作时间及恢复时间。结果:观察组操作时平均动脉压及心率分别为(80.09±3.41)mm Hg、(68.91±3.23)bpm,相比对照组显然更低,P值小于0.05,两组血氧饱和度差异不大,P值大于0.05;观察组操作时间、恢复时间优于对照组,分别为(6.11±0.98)min、(1.66±0.41)min,P值小于0.05。结论:相比普通胃镜,无痛胃镜舒适度更高,患者痛苦小,操作时间短,可避免体征波动过大,引起不良应激。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application and nursing measures of painless gastroscope and common gastroscope. Methods: 62 cases of gastroscopy patients from March 25, 2016 to June 9, 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the completely random basic principle. The control group using ordinary gastroscopy and routine care, observation group painless gastroscopy, combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. Changes in signs, operation time and recovery time were observed. Results: The mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were (80.09 ± 3.41) mm Hg and (68.91 ± 3.23) bpm respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group and the P value was less than 0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the oxygen saturation (P> 0.05). The operation time and recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (6.11 ± 0.98) min and (1.66 ± 0.41) min, respectively. The P value was less than 0.05. Conclusion: Compared with ordinary endoscopy, painless gastroscope higher comfort, patients with small pain, short operation time, to avoid excessive signs of fluctuations, causing adverse stress.
