目前,随着经济全球化进程的加快和科学技术的日新月异,建筑企业的竞争也愈演愈烈。建筑工程项目的成本控制作为建筑企业的竞争力核心,已经成为制约建筑企业生存和发展的关键因素。因此,构建一套完善、可行的成本控制体系对提升建筑企业的竞争实力,使其能够在市场竞争中立于不败之地具有非常重要的作用。本文通过对建筑企业工程项目成本控制中存在问题的分析,提出了建筑企业成本控制体系构建的具体措施。
At present, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid progress of science and technology, the competition among construction enterprises is also intensified. As the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, the cost control of construction projects has become the key factor that restricts the survival and development of construction enterprises. Therefore, to build a sound and feasible cost control system plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of construction enterprises so that they can be invincible in market competition. Through analyzing the existing problems in cost control of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward concrete measures to construct the cost control system of construction enterprises.
