党的十八大报告把教育放在改善民生和加强社会建设之首,强调要“努力办好人民满意的教育”。人民满意的教育,必须是更高质量的教育。在围绕提高教育质量的诸多改革中,教学改革始终是一项根本性的任务。实践证明,没有教学质量的提升,办好教育只能是纸上谈兵。正如顾明远先生所说“:抛弃课堂教学的改革,去抓课外活动,这是舍本求末。”教学改革是一项长期而艰巨的任务,成功的教学改革从来都不能一蹴而就。本期通讯《走向教改深处——鸡西市教学改革纪实》,介绍了鸡西市教学改革的经验,希望给广大读者启示。
The 18th CPC National Congress report puts education at the head of improving people’s livelihood and social construction, stressing that we should “strive to satisfactorily satisfy people’s satisfaction with education.” Satisfied people’s education, must be a higher quality of education. Practice has proved that there is no improvement in teaching quality and education can only be done on paper. Just as Mr. Gu Mingyuan said: “Abandoning the reform of classroom teaching and grasping extracurricular activities is a long-term and arduous task.” Teaching reform is a long-term and arduous task. Successful teaching reform can never be accomplished in one go.
