我国现行地价,是指土地使用权价格.各地根据土地的用途不同,将土地使用期规定为30年、50年、70年不等,并且在进行房地产开发初期,将几十年地价一次收齐.这种方法比较简便,为各地政府取得了相当大的收入,但随着房地产业的发展和房地产业面临的困难,这种收取地价方法的弊端也随之而来.
