本文针对大多数航空公司在选择供应商时采用低价策略的实际情况,分析利弊,并提出针对不同类别的供应商采用不同策略的方法。在供应商分类上采用模糊数学的方法,尽量避免人为因素的干扰,在质量、价格、生产能力、服务与可靠性等几方面进行综合分析,从而实现综合成本最低的目标。
This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of most airlines adopting low-cost strategies when choosing suppliers, and proposes ways to apply different strategies to different types of suppliers. In the classification of suppliers, fuzzy mathematics is adopted to avoid the interference of human factors as much as possible, and the comprehensive analysis is carried out in several aspects such as quality, price, production capacity, service and reliability so as to achieve the goal of lowest comprehensive cost.
