调查160名安徽省宁国县畲族村民的ABO、Rh、P、MN系统红细胞血型,结果显示ABO血型表型频率分布为O(0.4687)>B(0.2375)>A(0.2250)>AB(0.0688),基因频率p=0.1500,q=0.1575,R=0.6925;Rh血型表型频率分布为CCdee(0.5385)>CCDE(0.1667)>CCDE(0.1474)>CcDee(0.0961)>ccDE(0.0321)>ccDee(0.0128)>cedee(0.0064),基因频率C=0.8270,D=0.9492,E=0.1914,单倍型频率CDe(0.7210)>CDE(0.1060)>cDE(0.0854)>cDe(0.0368);P和MN系统的基因频率分别为p1=0.0286,p2=0.9714;m=0.7281,n=0.2219.说明该群体红细胞基因组成与我国南方民族非常接近.
The blood type of ABO, Rh, P, MN in 160 She nationality villagers in Ningguo County of Anhui Province was investigated. The frequency distribution of ABO blood group phenotypes was O (0.4687)> B (0.2375)> A (0.2250)> AB (0.0688), gene frequency p = 0.1500, q = 0.1575, R = 0.6925. The frequency distribution of Rh phenotype was CCdee (0.5385)> CCDE (0.1667)> CCDE (0.1474)> CcDee (0.0961)> ccDE )> CcDee (0.0128)> cedee (0.0064), gene frequency C = 0.8270, D = 0.9492, E = 0.1914, haplotype CDe (0.7210)> CDE (0.0368). The gene frequencies of P and MN systems were p1 = 0.0286 and p2 = 0.9714 respectively; m = 0.7281 and n = 0.2219, indicating that the genetic composition of erythrocytes in P and MN was very close to that of southern China.
