对含磷量为0.2%~0.16%的铸造生铁进行了脱磷试验。采用氧化法脱磷的平均脱磷率可达70%左右,含磷量可以降低到 0.01%以下。试验表明,只有将铸铁含硅量降至较低水平,才能有效地进行脱磷。
Dephosphorization tests were conducted on foundry pig iron containing 0.2% -0.16% phosphorus. Dephosphorization using dephosphorization of the average dephosphorization rate of up to about 70%, phosphorus content can be reduced to below 0.01%. Experiments show that only the silicon content of cast iron down to a lower level, in order to effectively carry out dephosphorization.
