1992年10月,巩义市耐火材料总厂在芝田镇东北角新建厂房时,于总厂中部办公楼地基范围内发现东西平行排列的唐代墓葬两座(东侧墓葬编号92HGZM35、西侧编号92HGZM36)。经上级文物部门批准,郑州市文物考古研究所派员在巩义市文物保护管理所配合下进行了发掘。现将发掘情况简报如下。一 M35 土洞墓,方向185°,由墓道、过洞、天井、甬道与墓室5部分组成。长方形斜坡墓道长7米以上。墓道北依次为过洞、天井、甬道。过洞水平长度1.8、高1.48～1.98、宽0.94米。天井长1.8、宽0.94、深5.52～6.2米。甬道长0.8、宽0.84、高1.5米。墓室为梯形,南北长2.9、南壁宽2.14、北壁宽1.84米。墓顶已毁,形状不明(图一)。墓门封门石块全部滚入墓室,将大部分随 October 1992, Gongyi Refractory Plant in the new factory building in the northeast corner of Zhidian Town, Found in the central office building within the scope of the foundation found two parallel to the Tang Dynasty tombs (the eastern tombs 92HGZM35, No. 92HGZM36 west ).
