针对传统的多稳车电机同步控制方案在实际应用中的不足,提出了一种新的多稳车电机同步控制原理,并给出了实际的同步控制策略。基于同步控制策略,利用PLC和变频器设计了面向多稳车电机系统的同步控制系统,探讨了系统的实现方案及其程序控制流程。该同步控制系统对于进一步提高多稳车电机同步控制系统的实际应用水平具有很好的指导借鉴意义。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional multi-stable motor synchronous control scheme in practical application, a new synchronous control principle of multi-stable motor is proposed and the actual synchronous control strategy is given. Based on the synchronous control strategy, a synchronous control system for multi-stable vehicle motor system is designed by PLC and frequency converter, and the realization scheme of the system and the program control flow are discussed. The synchronous control system has a good reference for further improving the actual application level of the synchronous control system of the multi-stable motor.
