21世纪企业的竞争,人才竞争是关键。社会进步、科技发展以及日益激烈的市场竞争,都离不开人才在其中发挥重要作用。而人才匮乏或者说人才流失,正成为私营外贸企业做大做强的关键障碍。本文结合私营外贸企业的特点,对人才流失的原因进行了分析,并从多方面提出了私营外贸企业如何减少人才流失的策略。
The 21st century competition in enterprises, talent competition is the key. Social progress, technological development and increasingly fierce market competition can not be separated from the talent in which to play an important role. The shortage of qualified personnel or the loss of qualified personnel are becoming the key obstacle to the expansion and strengthening of private-owned foreign trade enterprises. Based on the characteristics of private foreign trade enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes of brain drain and puts forward some strategies to reduce the brain drain in private foreign trade enterprises from many aspects.
