自从1995年我国实施《全民健身计划》之后,健身的热潮席卷了祖国大地的各个角落。商业健身俱乐部产生并快速发展起来,丰富多彩的体育活动以多种形式开展着,同时人们的观念也在发生着变化,花钱买健康已经逐渐被大家所接受。但是,健身俱乐部毕竟在我国起步比较晚,随着商业健身俱乐部数量的增多及规模的扩大,现有的俱乐部经营管理方式方法不能满足其快速发展的需要,希望通过此研究能够引起俱乐部的投资者和管理者进行思考,使商业健身俱乐部向着健康有序的方向发展。
