以蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇(PPG)、液化MDI为主要原料,以1,2-丙二醇(PDO)为扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成制备出聚氨酯灌封胶,讨论了异氰酸酯指数R、硬段质量分数等对聚氨酯灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:随硬段质量分数、R值的增加,材料的硬度、拉伸强度上升,而断裂伸长率降低;聚氨酯耐水解性(吸水率≤0.366%)好,起始分解温度(277℃)高,热稳定性好;阻尼性能随R值增加而减少,玻璃化转变温度向高温方向移动,且材料软硬段相容性较好。
Castor oil, polyether polyols (PPG), liquefied MDI as the main raw material, 1,2-propanediol (PDO) as chain extender, synthesized by prepolymer method polyurethane pouring sealant, discussed the isocyanate index R , Hard segment mass fraction on the performance of polyurethane potting. The results show that the hardness and tensile strength of the material increase with the increase of R value, while the elongation at break decreases. The hydrolysis resistance of polyurethane (water absorption≤0.366%) is good, the initial decomposition temperature (277 ℃ ) High thermal stability; damping performance decreases with increasing R value, the glass transition temperature to high temperature direction, and the material hard and soft segments better compatibility.
