土壤硝态氮速测箱(N-k it)的测定结果和流动分析仪的测定结果有较好的相关性,相关系数为0.8101,说明该方法能满足田间条件下的测试精度。该方法对北京地区小麦产量的预测精度分别为75%;小麦拔节期0~30 cm土壤硝态氮速测的临界浓度范围分别为24.8~27.7mg kg-1。并建立了不同测定值对应的追肥量指标。
The results of soil nitrate nitrogen rapid test (N-kit) and flow analyzer have good correlation with the correlation coefficient of 0.8101, indicating that the method can meet the field test conditions. The prediction accuracy of this method for wheat yield in Beijing was 75%, respectively. The critical concentrations of nitrate nitrogen in 0-30 cm soil at jointing stage were 24.8-27.7 mg kg-1. And established a different measured value corresponding to the amount of dressing index.
