目的:监测两种茶碱控释片的血药浓度。方法:应用荧光偏振免疫法检测血药浓度及PKS软件计算药动学参数。结果:优喘平与优特舒有效率分别为87.3%和83.3%,两者差异无显著性(P>0.05);所需日均剂量优喘平为6.8±2.0mg·kg-1,优特舒为8.9±3.1mg·kg-1(P<0.01),两药药物动力学参数T1/2、Ke、Cl之间差异有显著性(P值分别为<0.01,<0.05,<0.05),而Vd差异无显著性(P>0.05);平均有效血药浓度为9.4±2.9μg·ml-1。结论:茶碱的血药浓度监测对提高其使用的安全性和有效性具有重要的意义
Objective: To monitor the plasma concentration of two theophylline controlled-release tablets. Methods: Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to detect plasma concentration and PKS software to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. Results: The effective rates of Youchuanping and Yourtushu were 87.3% and 83.3% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) 2.0mg · kg-1 and Youdeshu were 8.9 ± 3.1mg · kg-1 (P <0.01). The difference of the pharmacokinetic parameters T1 / 2, Ke and Cl between the two drugs was significant (P <0.01, <0.05, <0.05, respectively), while there was no significant difference in Vd (P> 0.05). The mean effective plasma concentration was 9.4 ± 2.9μg · ml -1. CONCLUSIONS: Theophylline plasma concentration monitoring is of great importance in improving the safety and efficacy of its use
