现代机械制造工业发展的特点是不断增大产品的尺寸,用大部件来创造新型式的机械工业厂房结构。其特点是吊车起重量大、双层布置,大柱网以及庞大的辅助工艺设备和公用设施。为了探讨合理的结构型式以及可靠的纵横向布置方案和吊车的承重结构,提出了如下创造这种结构型式的主要方向: 1.鉴于作用在相当高度的吊车引起的垂直荷重很大,横剖面的柱子应该做成分离式的。这时吊车荷载轴心地作用在吊车承重柱肢上,使得柱子框架不产生弯矩和水平位移。 2.所有水平荷载应该由梁柱组成的刚性框架体系来承受。这时最好利用布置为生产服务的架子的结构作为刚性构件(刚架—连杆方案)。
