目的了解药品说明书的标注内容。方法对我院门诊西药房常用的329份处方药药品说明书的标注情况进行调查分析。结果药品说明书标注的项目形式完整率较高,但毒理、药物过量、临床试验有标注内容的少见,药代动力学和用法用量的标注过于简单。结论药品说明书还存在很多问题,需引起各方面的重视,强化法制意识,加强管理,不断完善,提高说明书指导用药的权威性。 Objective To understand the label of the drug instruction content. Methods A total of 329 prescription drug prescriptions commonly used in outpatient western pharmacies were investigated and analyzed. Results The completeness rate of the items marked by the drug specification was high, but toxicology, overdose of drugs, rare clinical trial contents, and overly simple labeling of pharmacokinetics and usage dosage. Conclusion There are still many problems in the drug instruction manual, which need to pay attention to all aspects, strengthen the awareness of the legal system, strengthen management, and constantly improve, and improve the authority of instruction manual.
