目的了解北海市腹泻人群及海(水)产品致泻性弧菌污染情况,为北海市制订防控策略提供依据。方法按照《〈全国霍乱监测方案2012〉广西实施细则》和《北海市霍乱监测方案(2012年版)》(北卫防[2012]76号)等文件要求,对2013-2015年腹泻人群和海(水)产品致泻性弧菌进行监测,监测时间为每年5-10月,分析致泻性弧菌在北海市的流行状况。结果 2012-2015年共采集腹泻人群标本1 126份,共检测出副溶血弧菌6份,河弧菌1份,气单胞菌9份,弧菌总阳性率为1.42%,监测样本均未检出霍乱弧菌。2013-2015年3年间腹泻人群弧菌阳性率分别为1.79%、2.14%、0.28%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=5.108,P=0.078)。2013-2015年3年间海(水)产品弧菌阳性率分别为27.85%、44.44%、75.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=46.879,P=0.001),2015年海(水)产品副溶血弧菌阳性率分别高于2014年和2013年(P<0.05),有逐年升高趋势(χ_(趋势)~2=45.305,P=0.001)。结论 2013-2015年北海市腹泻人群及海(水)产品虽未检出霍乱弧菌,但海(水)产品副溶血弧菌的检出率有逐年上升趋势,应继续加强监测,及时发现样品中的指示菌株,对预防和控制霍乱的发生及流行有重要意义。
Objective To understand the diarrhea caused by diarrhea Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Beihai city and to provide evidences for the prevention and control strategies in Beihai.
