采用自制的薄膜热电偶测定镦粗模具工作时表面和内部的瞬态温度,分析它的分布特点及热影响区的范围,建立锻模的温度分布函数,论述锻模瞬态温度波形的时域、频域特性及传递规律,总结出锻模透热深度与热冲击信号的谐波频率密切相关的重要结论,为锻模的热应力分析、热强度理论的建立及表面改性措施的采取提供一些基础性数据和理论根据。
The self-made thin film thermocouple was used to measure the surface temperature and the internal transient temperature of the upset die. The distribution characteristics and the range of the heat affected zone were analyzed. The temperature distribution function of the die was established. The time domain of transient temperature waveform , Frequency domain characteristics and transmission law, concludes the important conclusion that the penetration depth of die forging is closely related to the harmonic frequency of thermal shock signal, and provides the analysis of thermal stress of forging die, the establishment of theory of heat intensity and the adoption of surface modification measures Some basic data and theoretical basis.
