目的:分析比较青少年与成人低角型安氏Ⅱ类1分类(Ⅱ~1)错非拔牙矫治后硬组织的变化情况。方法:选择符合纳入标准的低角型安氏Ⅱ~1错非拔牙病例,青少年组26例,成人组17例。经头影测量分析,比较矫治前、后各组硬组织的变化。结果:青少年组∠SarGo、Go-Me/N-S比值以及∠L1-GoMe均增大,而∠NGoar、∠U1-SN均减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);成人组∠SN-GoGn、∠U1-L1、∠SN-OP均增大,而S-Go/N-Me比值、∠U1-SN均减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非拔牙矫治后,青少年下颌骨向前下方平行生长,而成人下颌骨则发生了顺时针旋转;青少年与成人上切牙均明显内收。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the changes of hard tissues in non-extractive treatment of low angle Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 (Ⅱ ~ 1) adolescents and adults. Methods: A total of 26 cases of adolescents and 17 adults were enrolled in the study. The cephalometric analysis, before and after correction of hard tissue changes in each group. Results: Compared with the control group, the ratios of Go-Me / NS, Go-Me / NS and ∠L1-GoMe in juvenile group were all increased, while those in ∠NGoar and ∠U1-SN were decreased in both adolescents (P <0.05) (P <0.05). However, the ratios of S-Go / N-Me and ∠U1-SN were all significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: After mandibular extraction, the mandibles of adolescents grow parallel to the anterior and posterior directions, while the adult mandibles rotate clockwise. Adolescent and adult upper incisors are obviously adducted.
