对利用三维刚塑性/刚粘塑性有限元分析复杂零件多工位体积成形的技术难点:三维速度奇异点的处理;三维模具几何信息的有效、精确、全面化描述;多工位成形时的信息传递;自由锻成形中特殊工艺三维有限元仿真的工步分解等进行了研究和解决.利用自行开发的三维体积成形仿真系统Forming3实现了对实际生产中未经简化的曲轴多工位成形过程的CAE分析.从分析结果得到了曲轴多工位成形的金属流动规律,对合理制定其成形工艺作出了建议.
The technical difficulties of using 3D Rigid / Rigid viscoplastic FEM to analyze multi-station volume forming of complex parts are: the processing of 3D velocity singular points, the effective, accurate and comprehensive description of 3D mold geometry information; the information of multi-station forming Transmission; free forging forming process of three-dimensional finite element simulation of a special step-by-step decomposition were studied and resolved. Forming3, a self-developed 3D volume forming simulation system, realizes CAE analysis of the unmanaged crankshaft multi-station forming process in actual production. Based on the analysis results, the law of metal flow in multi-position crankshaft forming is obtained, and some reasonable suggestions are made for the forming process.
